Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir uykunun \u00f6nemini vurgulamak ve uyku hastal\u0131klar\u0131 konusunda fark\u0131ndal\u0131k yaratmak amac\u0131yla, D\u00fcnya Uyku Derne\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan her y\u0131l Mart ay\u0131nda farkl\u0131 bir slogan kullan\u0131larak \u201cD\u00fcnya Uyku G\u00fcn\u00fc\u201d aktiviteleri planlanmaktad\u0131r. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu y\u0131l slogan <strong>\u201cUyku Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u0130\u00e7in Gereklidir\u201d<\/strong> olarak belirlenmi\u015f olup17 Mart 2023 tarihinde \u00fclkemizde de insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerinde uykunun ne kadar \u00f6nemli oldu\u011fu vurgulanmas\u0131 planlanmakta idi.Ancak 6 \u015eubat sabah\u0131nda \u00fclkece \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sars\u0131nt\u0131 ge\u00e7irerek uyanmam\u0131z hepimizin uykular\u0131n\u0131 alt\u00fcst etti. G\u00fcneydo\u011fudaki 11 ilimizde meydana gelen \u015fiddetli deprem hepimizi \u00e7ok \u00fczd\u00fc. B\u00f6lgede ya\u015fayan insanlar\u0131n vefatlar\u0131, kay\u0131plar\u0131 veya yaral\u0131 yurtta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ac\u0131lar\u0131 kayg\u0131lara yol a\u00e7t\u0131. Depremden etkilenenler tekrarlayan art\u00e7\u0131lar nedeniyle uyuyamad\u0131lar, deprem b\u00f6lgesinden uzak olan vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ise olay\u0131n \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc ile \u00e7o\u011fu geceler g\u00f6zlerine uyku girmedi. Toplumun \u00f6nemli bir kesiminde ciddi bir kayg\u0131 bozuklu\u011fu geli\u015fti. \u2018\u2019Bir gece ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde bir sars\u0131nt\u0131 da biz ya\u015far m\u0131y\u0131z?\u2019\u2019 sorusu herkesin akl\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir soru i\u015fareti oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in ki\u015filer ya uyuyam\u0131yor ya da s\u0131k s\u0131k uykular\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcn\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esas olarak uykuda solunum bozukluklar\u0131 neden olduklar\u0131 komplikasyonlar sebebiyle en \u00e7ok \u00fczerinde durdu\u011fumuz konu iken bu y\u0131l her ya\u015ftan yurtta\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda stres\/anksiyete kaynakl\u0131 uyku bozukluklar\u0131 halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 olumsuz y\u00f6nde etkilemeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Uykuda solunum rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n belirtilerini g\u00f6steren ki\u015filer hangi hekimlere ba\u015fvurabilir, nas\u0131l destek alabilirler?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uyku hastal\u0131klar\u0131 7 ana grupta s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olup uykuda solunum bozukluklar\u0131 ile ilgili durumlarda \u00f6ncelikle G\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere, kulak burun bo\u011faz ve n\u00f6roloji gibi uyku alan\u0131nda deneyimi olan hekimlere ba\u015fvurulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak kayg\u0131\/stres kaynakl\u0131 uyku bozukluklar\u0131nda ise \u00f6ncelikli olarak hastalar bu konuda deneyimli psikiyatri hekimlerince mutlaka de\u011ferlendirilmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dclkece genel sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 etkileyen uyku bozukluklar\u0131n\u0131 gidermek i\u00e7in bu durumda neler yap\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.Neredeyse \u00fclkemizin 1\/8\u2019i bu felaketten do\u011frudan etkilendi.
